We do not request or knowingly accept protected health information (PHI) through any form on this website. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or claim-level patient detail through the website. Claims data used for an audit is exchanged only after a Business Associate Agreement is executed and only through a secure channel we provide.
