Practice Revenue Management, Inc. is the incorporated legal entity that owns and operates the DermBillingUSA website and brand.

DermBilling USA is a website and marketing brand operated by Practice Revenue Management, Inc. DermBilling USA is not a separate legal entity.

DermBillingUSA should not be described as a registered DBA unless and until the assumed-name registration is officially completed.

Contracting

All contracts, service agreements, Business Associate Agreements, proposals, and other legal documents are entered into exclusively by Practice Revenue Management, Inc.

Invoicing and payments

All invoices are issued by Practice Revenue Management, Inc. All payments must be made payable to Practice Revenue Management, Inc.

No guarantee of results

Practice Revenue Management, Inc. does not guarantee reimbursement, claim acceptance, collections, revenue increases, denial reductions, or other specific results. Results depend on documentation, payer policies, coding, eligibility, contractual requirements, provider operations, and other circumstances.

No government or payer affiliation

Neither Practice Revenue Management, Inc. nor DermBilling USA is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, the AMA, the AAD, any insurance company, or any government agency unless expressly stated and documented.

HIPAA statement

Practice Revenue Management, Inc. maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to support its obligations under HIPAA and applicable privacy and security requirements. HIPAA-related responsibilities are governed by applicable law and executed Business Associate Agreements.
