Accessibility Statement

Standard we aim to meet

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing program rather than a one-time audit.

Measures in place

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a single descriptive heading hierarchy on every page.
• Full keyboard operability, including roving focus and visible high-contrast focus indicators on the state explorer.
• ARIA labels and live regions on interactive components such as search and the revenue calculator.
• Descriptive alternative text on informative images and empty alt attributes on decorative ones.
• Support for the prefers-reduced-motion setting, which suppresses hover and transition animation.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels and accessible error messaging.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content and complex data tables may not yet meet Level AA in every assistive technology combination. We are working through these and will update this statement as items are resolved.
